2. Service Description

social.vastny helps users upload video files, prepare captions and hashtags, select target platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, schedule publication, and track publishing status and final links.

Some features depend on third-party platforms and their approval, availability, APIs, policies, and user authorization.

3. Accounts and Authorization

• Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
• Users may connect social accounts only when they own or are authorized to manage those accounts.
• Connected social accounts are authorized through the platform's OAuth or official connection flow.
• Users may disconnect integrations or request deletion of stored account data by contacting support.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of videos, captions, images, links, and other content they upload or prepare in the service. By using the publishing features, the user grants social.vastny the limited permission needed to store, process, preview, schedule, upload, and publish that content according to the user's actions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable law, third-party rights, and the rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and any other selected platform.

5. Social Platform Integrations

When a user connects TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or another supported platform, social.vastny may use the granted permissions to read basic account information, upload user-selected content, publish or schedule posts, and store publication status and URLs.

social.vastny does not publish content to a connected social account unless the user selects that account or platform for the relevant post or schedule.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not use the service to spam, manipulate platform systems, or violate social platform policies.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access other users' data, or disrupt the service.
• Do not connect or publish to social accounts without proper authorization.

7. Plans, Payments, and Availability

Paid features, limits, and prices may be shown in the product interface or on the website. The service may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or changes in third-party platform APIs.

8. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party services including hosting, analytics, payments, authorization, email delivery, and social platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, the user acknowledges that the Privacy Policy applies to account, content, technical, consent, and integration data.

10. Suspension and Termination

social.vastny may suspend or restrict access if a user violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, abuses the service, or uses connected platforms without authorization. Users may stop using the service and request deletion of account data by contacting support.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. social.vastny does not guarantee that every publication will be accepted, processed, or displayed by third-party social platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, social.vastny is not liable for indirect losses, platform outages, API changes, rejected posts, or user content violations.

12. Changes to These Terms

social.vastny may update these Terms. The updated version applies from publication on this page unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.
